Visitors aged 12-years and over are required to wear face masks inside our venues. Signage outlining all entry requirements is displayed at venue entry points.
Those who can’t wear a face mask for legitimate reasons will be permitted entry.
Cleaning of our venues, public bathrooms and offices takes place regularly in line with our enhanced on-site hygiene and safety measures.
Please play your part in helping keep everyone safe by sanitising your hands at the on-site sanitiser stations prior to entry and maintaining a one-metre distance from our staff and other patrons.
If you are feeling unwell or have Covid-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone in your household who has tested positive for Covid-19, are awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test or are subject to isolation requirements we ask that you stay at home and do not enter our venues.
Yes, restrictions on numbers will depend on the venue or event.
We ask that you and your guests make a reasonable assessment of your health status before attending our venue or the event. If you or someone you have been in contact with are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, please check the individual event webpage for details of ticket flexibility or contact us at info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz to request a refund and we will follow up with the presenting organisation.
If you start to feel unwell during an event, you should advise a member of our team and then leave the site immediately. If you learn later that you have tested positive for Covid-19, please call +64 9 374 7557 who will treat your call with the strictest confidence.

In the event Auckland Unlimited cancels an event due to Covid-19, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If an event has been postponed due to Covid-19, you can exchange your ticket to a rescheduled date. If the rescheduled date/s are not suitable for you to attend, you will be entitled to a refund. You can find more information on the event page on our website.
