Taylor Swift's Reputation Tour hits Mt Smart this Friday, 9th November. Below you will find all the important event and venue info you need to plan for a great night out.

GETTING HERE & HOME
Wet Weather
Unfortuantely we are expecting rain tomorrow evening. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium so please make sure you are prepared with a rain jacket or poncho.
Public Transport
Travel to and from the venue on special event bus and train services is included in your concert ticket. NX1 and Rail will commence at 4:30pm. Dedicated Special Event services (CBD to Mt Smart) will commence at 4:55pm. Please retain your ticket for the ride home. Being a Friday, traffic and public transport will be busy. Please plan your journey in advance and allow plenty of extra time.

Parking
There are no general parking facilities onsite for concerts. We strongly encourage patrons to use the free travel on special event bus and train services to get to and from the concert. If public transport is not an option, parking is usually available for a fee at businesses surrounding the stadium. Please be aware that if you park on a street or in a business that is subject to a later road closure or parking restrictions, you may be towed or delayed from exiting. Road closures and parking restrictions are outlined below.
Drop Off Point
Recommended drop off/pick up points are Rockfield Road and Church Street (west of Maurice Rd).
Uber Pick Up/Drop Off Point
The designated Uber pick and drop off zone will be located on Olive Road (off Station Rd).
Campervan / Motorhome Parking
Campervan/motorhome parking is not available onsite. You can locate nearby camping sites at https://campable.com/
Road Closures & Parking Restrictions
Some parking restrictions and road closures will be in place on the streets surrounding the stadium on the 9th November to assist with the safe delivery of this event. Advisory signage will be erected on the applicable streets.
**Please be aware that if you park on a street that is subject to a later road closure, you may be delayed from exiting in your vehicle to allow for safe pedestrian movement during the egress phase of the event.
Road Closures:
- Beasley Ave from 5am until 1am the following morning.
- Maurice Road from 5pm until 1am the following morning.
- Station Road (Rockfield Rd to Walls Rd) from 5pm until 1am the following morning.
- Station Road (Walls Rd to Great South Rd) from 9pm until 1am the following morning.
- O'Rorke Road and Rockridge Ave from 5pm until 1am the following morning.
- Walls Road, Botha Road and Bassant Ave from 9pm until 1am the following morning.
- Fairfax Ave and Olive Road from 5pm until 1am the following morning.
Parking Restrictions:
- Both sides of Beasley Ave from 5am until 1am the following morning.
- Both sides of Maurice Road from 4pm until 1am the following morning.
- West side of Station Road (Walls Rd to O'Rorke Rd) from 5am until 1am the following morning.
- Remainder of Station Road (both sides) from 4pm until 1am the following morning.
- Both sides of O'Rorke Road and Rockridge Ave from 4pm until 1am the following morning.
- Both sides of Fairfax Ave from 4pm until 1am the following morning.
- Both sides of Autumn Place from 4pm until 1am the following morning.

EAT & DRINK
A range of tasty food options will be available throughout the venue along with bar service.
Gourmet Shuttle, Fritz Weiner, Donut Dudes, Hungri Hunter, Danish Delight, Black Stag Deli, Dixie BBQ, Gorilla Kitchen, Pita Pit, Pizza, Gelato, Ice Creams & Waffles, Salads, Taco Loco and just some of the food vendors that will be available.
Free water is available from stations throughout the venue. Check the venue map to find your closest water station and food outlets.
If you are under 25 and intending on purchasing alcohol, please ensure you bring ID - Accepted forms of ID are HAANZ 18+ card, NZ Drivers Licence or Passport.

EVENT RESTRICTIONS
At Mt. Smart Stadium we go out of our way to provide you with a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience. As such, there are some items which are prohbitied to ensure the comfort and safety of all patrons. Please note, conditions are subject to change without notice.
Stadium Management and its representatives reserve the right to request patrons to present any clothing, bags and other carried items for searching, including being subject to a pat down and/or a scanner search before entering the stadium.
If you refuse to present any of the requested items for searching, you will be denied entry.
Entry will be refused if a patron is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.
If you do not require to have a bag with you, leave it at home and take advantage of our express lanes at the gates.
ALL bags and drink bottles are prohibited from entering the Stage GA Standing Pit Areas.
PROHIBITED ITEMS - Things you cannot bring with you to this show
- NO back packs of any size
- Bags larger than 200mm x 300mm x 200mm (8" x 12" x 8") - Approximately the size of an A4 sheet of paper
- Video cameras and recording device (this does not include mobile phones)
- Photographic devices with a lens larger than a standard watch face (not exceeding 4cm in diameter) or detachable lens. If in doubt, leave it at home
- Prams and strollers
- Selfie sticks, Go Pros, Drones
- Banners with poles
- iPads or Tablets
- Cans or glass of any kind
- Strictly NO alcohol or illicit drugs
- Branded or commercial food and drinks, including takeaways and soft drinks
- Metal utensils and containers, cutlery, etc
- Chilly bins / Coolers
- Dangerous goods
- Fireworks, flares, lasers or flash lights
- Knives, Tasers, Mace, Chains, Spurs or Studded Jewellery
- Offensive weapons including, but not limited to, any object that may be used as a projectile such as glow sticks, balls, containers, etc
- Air horns and loud hailers
- Umbrellas or other sun/rain shelters. If rain is predicted please come prepared with a rain coat or poncho
- Furniture chairs or stools
- Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles or scooters
- Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs and police or emergency service dogs)
Any other items deemed by stadium management or the promoter to be illegal, dangerous or a nuisance to yourself or others.
Please note that prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned. If in doubt, leave it at home. Stadium management and the promoter take no responsibility for confiscated items.
PERMITTED ITEMS - Things you can bring with you
- Empty plastic bottle without lid (up to 750ml) to use at the free water stations, but prohibited from entering the Stage GA Standing Pit Areas
- Sealed bottle of water (up to 750ml) - please note lid will be discarded on entry to the stadium, but Prohibited from entering the Stage GA Standing Pit Areas
- Disability assistance dogs
- Signs no larger than (A3) 400mm x 300mm (16”x12”) with sticks and poles detached before entering the stadium
- Small quantities of home prepared food
ACCESSIBILITY
Mobility Parking
Onsite mobility parking is strictly available for patrons who hold a valid mobility parking permit. Mobility parking can be accessed from the O'Rorke Rd entrance (please enter O'Rorke Rd from Church St end).
Please present your mobility permit to traffic control staff for access - no permit, no entry.
Assistance
Volunteers will be available at gates to provide assitance to mobility impaired patrons with wheel chairs, golf buggys or just a steady arm if required. Please do not hesitate to approach one of our friendly team in high vis to request assistance should you need it.
MERCHANDISE
A range of official Taylor Swift merchandise will be available for purchase from outside Gates A, B & C from 2pm until after the show (subject to stock availability). Internal merchandise stalls also available. Please refer to the venue map for your nearest location.
Items include hoodies, t-shirts, towels, keychains, sunglasses, socks, hats and more. Eftpos available.
