The Box Office is located at Gate B. It opens at 2:00pm.
Families of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
Children aged 4 and under can enter for free, no ticker required. Patrons aged 5-17 must purchase a child ticket. Patrons aged 18+ must purchase an adult ticket.
Children aged 4 years old and under don’t require a ticket as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. A ‘child’ ticket is required for any children aged between 5-17, as per their age on the day of the match.
Please refer to your ticket and enter only via the gate shown on your ticket. Stadiums staff, volunteers and wayfinding signage will assist you with directions upon arriving at the venue.

No, there won't be road closures in place for this event. However, there will be a reduced speed limit in areas surrounding the stadium.
In the interest of patron safety, there could be some parking restrictions in place for this event. These will be confirmed closer to the event.
North Harbour Stadium is a mobility friendly venue. Mobility Parking is available in both Carpark A & H on a first in, first served basis. You will need to provide and display your government issued mobility permit.
The dedicated mobility entrance gates are Gate B. There will also be mobility volunteers onsite to assist with golf carts to help get you to your seat once inside the venue. You can identify our friendly mobility volunteers by their blue hi-vis jackets.

Yes. Unless specifically stated the match will take place rain, hail or shine. North Harbour Stadium is predominately an uncovered venue so please be prepared with a poncho or raincoat should wet weather be forecasted.
There are no age restrictions for the hospitality lounge at North Harbour Stadium but all attendees must have a valid full price ticket.
