Listen In is back in New Zealand!

After two years away, Mt Smart Stadium, Auckland will host the return of Listen In as it makes the trip across the pond from Australia on the 30th of September. This year they have added more artists across two stages.

Listen In is a concentrated version of Listen Out Festival, Australia’s primary national dance music festival. It will bring together a hand-picked selection of the Listen Out tour to New Zealand. 

It will feature Disclosure, Polo G, Trippie Redd, Roddy Ricch, Central Cee, AJ Tracey, Bru-C, Meduza and more to be announced soon.

There will be a lost property pick up open from Gate B on Saturday, 1 October from 10am - 2.00pm.

Please note: an expired ID will not be accepted, so make sure it is up to date.

  • A variety of food and beverage outlets with bar service will be located throughout the venue.
  • If you are under 25 please bring identification if you wish to purchase alcohol. Accepted forms of ID are - Passport, NZ Drivers Licence or HANZ 18+ card. If we are unsure of your age and you cannot present ID, you will not be able to purchase alcohol.
  • Eftpos is available at most food and beverage outlets
  • You are welcome to bring in small quantities of non-commercially prepared food such as sandwiches, fruit or baking. You may also bring a sealed plastic bottle of water (up to 1 litre) however please note that for most concerts, the lid will be removed and discarded on entry.

Please only purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing agent (Moshtix). We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

Tickets are sent via email as a PDF attachment to your booking confirmation email. If you have not received your tickets, check your email address is entered correctly at the time of booking. If you need your tickets resent due to an input error, you can submit a request here

Tickets are all GA standing however the Lower West Stand will be open for people to sit down. These seats wont be reserved so will be a first come, first served basis.

Please plan your travel home tonight in advance. There will be no train services operating from 10.30pm and replacement buses are LIMITED and operating as per the Auckland Transport’s standard schedules only.

Public transport services TO the venue are as per the regular Auckland Transport bus and train schedule.

Some parking restrictions and road closures will be in place to ensure the safe delivery of this event.

No, you may arrive at any time the gates will not close. 

Mobility parking is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility parking permit on the eastern kerb of Beasley Avenue. This is on a first-come first-serve basis and cannot be reserved. Permit will need to be presented to traffic control staff on the day for access.  

Wheelchair Platform: there will also be a wheel chair platform located at both stage locations. You may also have a one companion join you on the platform. Ask our friendly event staff to direct you.

Bag/Coat check is available inside Gate A. All items must meet the conditions of entry to the venue to be able to be checked in. Items not permitted, i.e. oversize bags will not be allow into the venue to be stored at bag check. 

O’Rorke Road. This is also the designated Uber/Cab drop off/Pick up point. 

Yes, Know Your Stuff will be located inside Gate A from 5.00pm-9.00pm.  Know Your Stuff provides a free, safe and legal drug testing service. This is an inclusive zone where anyone can go and get advice and have drugs tested. No questions asked. No judgments made. 

Please approach any staff member or you can also use our text assist service.  Text the word ASSIST followed by your location and message to 260 for venue security support. 

 

 

Yes, merch will be available for purchase. This will be located inside Gate A 

A range of food and beverage outlets will be available throughout the venue. There is no BYO of food and beverage permitted. 

Free water stations will be available throughout the venue. 

 

Yes, Lilyworld will be open to event patrons 

We are working towards becoming zero waste. Purchase a reusable cup for $2 with your first drink. When you need a new drink, refill or swap your cup. At the end of the night either keep your cup or refund it for $1 at the bar.  

 

Yes your bag will be subject to search on arrival. 

All patrons must allow authorised staff to search their clothes, bags, containers or other possessions for items in violation of the venue Conditions of Entry. This includes being subject to a pat down and/or scanner search before entering the stadium.

The stadium takes no responsibility for surrendered or confiscated items.

  • Commercially prepared foods such as takeaways and soft drinks 
  • Chilly bins 
  • Cans, aluminium or glass containers, bottles or cutlery (this includes bottles of perfume) 
  • Alcohol or illicit drugs 
  • Air horns or loud hailers 
  • Furniture, chairs or stools 
  • Prams or strollers 
  • Animals (except for Assistance Dogs) 
  • Dangerous goods 
  • Video cameras and recording devices such as drones, iPads, tablets or Go Pros (cell phones are ok) 
  • Cameras with a removable lens, a lens larger than a regular watch face or cameras which may be deemed to be for professional use 
  • Selfie sticks 
  • Costume/dress-up full-face masks and helmets 
  • Large items that cannot be placed under the seat 
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles or scooters 
  • Fireworks, flares or laser lights 
  • Rain or shade umbrellas 
  • Large poles for flags that could be considered dangerous or view obstructing 
  • Items that in the opinion of management/security could cause harm or nuisance to other patrons 

If in doubt, please leave it at home. Stadium Management takes no responsibility for goods surrendered. 

Items of value recovered after an event will be held at the stadium for 5 working days after which they will be handed into the Mt Wellington Police Station. 

Permitted Items 

  • A small bag – no larger than 400mm x 300mm x200mm (A3 size of paper). 
  • Sealed plastic bottle of water up to 1 Litre (lid may be removed on entry) * 
  • Small quantities of home prepared food such as sandwiches, baking or fruit 
  • Banners, flags and posters at the discretion of Stadium Management * 
  • Picnic blankets and mats 

 

Unless sold out prior, tickets can be purchased from the Box Office at Gate B from 4.00pm on event day.
