Trans-Tasman Derby

An epic encounter awaits as the Black Ferns return to Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland to face off agains the Wallaroos.

The match will be the third round of the Pacific Four Series schedule as they set out to defend their title in 2024.

The Black Ferns will start their Pacific Four Series against USA at FMG Stadium Waikato in Hamilton on Saturday 11 May before heading south to Ōtautahi Christchurch, to play Canada on Sunday 19 May at Apollo Projects Stadium.

North Harbour Stadium will host the trans-Tasman battle against Australia, on Saturday 25 May at 2.05pm, with the fixture doubling as the opening Test of the O’Reilly Cup, presented by Ryman Healthcare.

The results of the Pacific Four Series will also dictate the Black Ferns WXV schedule later in the year with the top three sides gaining qualification for WXV1 and the bottom placed team destined for WXV2.

Families of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.  

Children aged 2 and under can enter for free but must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. 

Children aged two years old and under don’t require a ticket as long as they sit on an accompanying adult’s lap. If the child is occupying a seat, a ticket needs to be purchased.  A ‘child’ ticket is required for any children aged between 3-15, as per their age on the day of the match. 

Please refer to your ticket and enter only via the gate shown on your ticket. Stadiums staff, volunteers and wayfinding signage will assist you with directions upon arriving at the venue. 

It's easy to reach North Harbour Stadium on public transport with bus services from the City Centre and beyond. Buses come every 5-10min.

North Harbour Stadium is a mobility friendly venue. Mobility parking is on a first-in, first-served basis. We also have a limited number of spaces available in the main carpark for mobility card holders.

The dedicated mobility entrance gates are Gate B or Gate C. There will also be mobility volunteers onsite to assist with golf carts to help get you to your seat once inside the venue. You can identify our friendly mobility volunteers by their blue hi-vis jackets.
